Send Online : With ADUS, handling large files online is incredibly simple. Just remove any unwanted files, organize the rest into folders, and get in touch with our technical team. They'll provide you with step-by-step guidance. We use cloud services like WeTransfer, SendGB, Google Drive, etc. and we have alternative methods also available.

At Hyderabad: If you're in Hyderabad, just store your files on a pen drive or hard disk. Our team members will pick up them at the scheduled time and return it to you along with final output. we don't charge extra amount unless if you miss schedule pickup time.

Post or Courier : Simply send us a courier with your files stored on a pen drive or hard disk to our office address in Vanasthalipuram, Hyderabad, Telangana, from anywhere in India, we will send them as the same along with final output.

Public Transportation : If you're available to using public transportation like bus, rapido,ola anything, store your files on a pen drive or hard disk. Then, book a parcel with your nearest public transport provider and send it to us, We will send them as the same along with final output.

Once you're satisfied with our pricing, you'll need to pay us 50% of the order value upfront as an advance to secure the editor slot. Once we receive the advance payment, we will send an acknowledgment with related order terms &  we'll promptly allocate tasks and ensure completion before the scheduled delivery time. We'll also provide samples for your review. Upon your approval of the final output, we'll request the final payment. Once we receive the final payment, we'll work at lightning speed to deliver the final output as per the order type.

At ADUS, our skilled team specializes in video editing, color correction, motion graphics, and graphic design. We prioritize customer preferences and budget constraints, ensuring customized, top-quality service every time. Customer satisfaction is our top priority in every project we undertake.

Once we receive the order, we schedule the particular artist based on customer priority. Customers need to send at least three samples, along with other assets like songs, photos, music, and videos, to help us understand their requirements and complete the project without errors. Our artists will start work based on customer inputs.

ADUS have implemented multiple layers of the review system to ensure the quality of the draft output before it is sent to you. Upon completion of editing, the first draft will be forwarded to the customer. We consider the time taken to deliver the final draft as part of our commitment to exceeding expectations. Any additional time required for corrections will be considered as extra time for the customer.

If customer needed we can facilitate direct communication with the artist. However, it is imperative for customers to finalize the output. In the event of dissatisfaction, we offer two rounds of corrections. It's important to note that we maintain the original editing style and only make necessary corrections. If further corrections are required beyond the two rounds, additional charges will be incurred. The pricing will be determined based on the specific requirements of the customer.

When customers provide us with clear instructions, we adhere to the delivery time mentioned online for the first draft. Any need for extra corrections or delays caused by the customer's actions are considered the customer's responsibility. However, in rare cases where errors stem from our end and are documented, we take full accountability. In such instances, we make every effort to rectify the situation promptly and effectively.

While we advocate for copyright compliance, we want to clarify that we do not assume responsibility for any copyrighted content provided by customers. We advise using only copyrighted or royalty-free material, as customers opting for non-copyrighted or royalty-free content are solely responsible for its legality. Additionally, while we provide guidance, the final decision regarding content selection rests with the customer. Our commitment lies in transparency and adherence to copyright regulations, and we encourage open communication to ensure compliance.
