Do I get a refund if I cancel the project?
Whenever a customer places an order and books a slot with us, we promptly connect with the customer to clarify project details, data, and delivery schedule. If the customer confirms everything, we will schedule the artist for that particular order. If the customer does not agree, we will not process the order and will provide a full refund within 7 working days.
If we have received all confirmations from the customer, once work has commenced on customer project then it is non-refundable, However, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our services. If you are dissatisfied with the final edited video files, we will work with you to address any concerns and make necessary revisions.
